Hotel Uville Montreal

Great quiet quaint property in beautiful old port. Could use nicer toilet paper and kleenex. Also beautiful bath robes would be a plus plus

UVille is trying too hard to be hip, and ignoring some basic comfort items. Granted, it IS hip - the design of the common areas and rooms is super cool. But, it's possible to be design-minded while also providing better comfort. For example, the room was generous in size but not in furnishing - one single, rather flimsy chair with no side table, no desk, nada, so one guest must eat the breakfast pastry in bed or standing while the other guest gets the chair (and how those two manage the little jar of jam for the croissant breakfast without a surface to actually put things on, well that's a bit of a challenge). But, otherwise the room is decent: spacious, good bathroom amenities, comfy bed. Breakfasts left a lot to be desired, but we were informed upfront they'd be small. More effort should be made regarding environmental sustainability with the breakfasts, as they rely too much on disposable items such as pre-wrapped cheese, packaged snacks, and bottled juice. The coffee in the lobby cafe was pretty weak, so ordering an espresso-based option is the better choice. The cafe/bar is a nice touch but it's choices are limited. All in all, a good effort with good potential, but not worth the cost until better amenities are put in place.

One of the best places we’ve stayed. The staff was extraordinary. The rooms special! Nice cafe in the lobby. The breakfast basket delivered to our room was a great treat! Definitely will stay here again the next time we visit Montreal.

Hotel Uville was a great place to stay for a girls trip in Montreal! The location was ideal, nestled between Old Montreal and the port. The staff couldn't have been nicer--everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean with a fun retro aesthetic, and the breakfast baskets were a nice way to start each morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spotless, quiet and a good size. The only only comment I would make is to change up the breakfast after two days. The gym was not available to us which was a bit disappointing but probably because it was the long weekend?

Perfect location! In the heart of actions. Uville is a cozy themed hotel with a character. Breakfast basket delivery at the door is a sweet concept. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent staff who were really helpful when there was an issue with my credit card. We arrived after a long haul flight, late in the evening and the staff were all really courteous in helping to resolve the issue, which was very stressful. We couldnt have asked for a better welcome! The hotel is small but very friendly with lots of character. We booked a larger room as we spent a week here. We honestly couldnt recommend it more, the staff are what makes this hotel special 😊

Very clean room and great atmosphère

What a cute little hotel! So funky, I absolutely loved it. Great staff as well! The breakfast basket while I was there was either a pain au chocolat or a croissant and jams with juice and a fruit snack. You also get a discount on their bar downstairs plus free coffee! I’d recommend!

Breakfast was a nice treat, and the location was great for getting around Vieux Montreal as well as accessing public transportation.

Staff was extremely helpful.
