Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of parking. 1 block from rue Racine, short walk to restaurants. Also just 1 block to waterfront park and trail.
Breakfast was boxed and served to our room based on choices we provided the night before. Convenient for day trips to Lac St Jean and Musée du fjord.

The room is ok and the staffs are friendly. However, Breakfasts are not included - we were told when we arrived. Although the hotel gave us some discount, it was not convenient and increased our expenses for the vacation.

This is an older hotel in an interesting part of the city. Consequently everything about the facility is a little dated However, the room was comfortable and clean.

Old hotel. The door of our room was broken and we had to wait to get another room. Elevator really old and slow. Everything looks dated and old. Location is great. Ok for an overnight stay only.

Easy check-in, good room size, modern.
In the town center, easy access to all the interesting places.
Even so in other hotels or B&B on our trip, a normal breakfast was served, here "Because of COVID19 restrictions" we could choose a breakfast to go and had to pay for a second croissant. Guess it will be better once we are through this.
