Really loved the room and the ameneties in the hotel, the gym was really nice and probably the most complete gym I've ever seen in a hotel, with lots of different machines. The inside of the hotel gives a nice vibe with the plants in and the summery vibe.

The hotel is amazing for the family, the interior balcony makes it feel like your at a resort! The pool is big with hot tub is big, very clean! Front desk is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend for families!

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits, et aucun entretien n'a été fait à l'exception d'avoir vidé 1 fois la poubelle de la chambre de bain. On est venu porter des serviettes, après l'avoir demandé, et elles ont été accrocher à la porte extérieure, et non pas déposé dans la salle de bain. Franchement décevant.

We travelled for march break a family of 5. (3 young kids)
The hotel and pool were nice. The hotel is well located for travel.
When we arrived, it was late at night. We needed a shower and there was no hot water at all. When we called the front desk they sended a very nice man. He was unable to repair the broken part of the shower and the handyman was gone as it was late at night. if we opened the fauset of the sink the water was room temperature instead of ice cold...
When we called the front desk again to see our options, the man told me that my only options with my 3 young kids was to go have a shower at the gym... We took a room temperature shower for the first night as it was late and I was not gonna take a shower at the gym with the kids... The next day the women at the front desk was more helpful and when we came back from our day the hot water was repaired. For the rest the hotel was nice. From this experience I would choose a different hotel next time unfortunately. Hot water is a minimum.

The indoor pool and atrium are nice as well as the live music at night. Gives the vibes of a resort. I liked having the mini fridge and microwave so we could bring some of our own food and drinks.
Not as clean as I would expect ex there was hair in the shower drain in our room when we arrived. Our room was advertised with an outdoor balcony but the patio doors led to basically a metal railing. Not sure how that qualifies as a balcony?
Overall we had a nice experience but I found it expensive for what it is. No major issues and convenient location.

Only one inconvenience, I booked a room for 5 guests paying for the extra person, but we have a room with only two beds. Usually it’s a sofa bed , but not in the room , I asked for a cot and They changed $10 extra for a small mattress to putting in the floor.

Hotel was great and the atmosphere was awesome.
Only reason for the lower score is that they allowed drinking around the pool and allowed 10+ teen guys to chill in the hot tub for hours. Was unfortunate for the other travellers who wanted to use the space.
