Good stay, clean place and loved having a microwave in the room. Grocery store and restaurants across the street. The carpet in my room could have been vacuumed better, but still a nice clean room

Apres avoir attendu 4 heures pour recevoir une de nos 3 chambres parce que la réceptionniste malgré les appels répété d'expédia refusait de nous donner notre chambre. Malgré 4 appels, 5 emails de confirmation, il a fallu appeler directement au gouverneur pour qu'il confirme la chambre avec la reception

My room was not cleaned for 4 days in a row. I had to go get towels and soap. This was not the case during my previous stays.
This hotel should stop advertising the gym, as all equipment have been broken since over 6 months.
The staff are very professional and go above and beyond in most cases. Special Thanks to Hilary, Denis, Justin and Chrystelle

When my employes got in . They were unablw.to fond the reservatiin. Had to argue with the front desk clerk on the phone. He also asked sor a safety deposit. Witch is ok, but asked me.to fill a procuration, unacceptable. Over all poor service.

Good place, we were there for 3 nights mixing work and pleasure. People working there were polite but not the most welcoming. TV needed an upgrade, you could barely see on the screen. Location was good with a lot of stores around.

Well situated… the only thing is that they do not serve the breakfast within the restaurant but I stead we need to get a box at reception in the morning.. I assume lack of employees is the excuse but I kind of find this cheap for the price we pay

À mon arrivée, le tapis était comme humide, mais c'était plutôt huileux, ça devenait dangereux d'aller dans la salle de bain. La 2e journée, c'était correct.
