Inn Towne Motel

Check-in was great with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was new, clean, spacious and super cozy. It was snowing outside when we were there. Water pressure was really good too, great for a relaxing rain shower. Beds are comfortable. There was a kitchenette with the basics, large microwave, and mini fridge. Mountain views are spectacular. The location is close to restaurants (we went to Kan Yon). It was a great staycation overall!

The staff is nice. The beds are comfortable. The environment feels safe. The price was low. There was hair on the face cloth, stains on the sheets and the wifi didn't work well. I don't mind an older hotel but I would say this is below average.

Nice motel! They've done and are doing renovations to upgrade inside and outside. Looks nice! The only thing I would suggest is darker drapes for the windows, especially the ones with lights right outside the window (we stayed in room 123). The parallel parking right in front of our room door was convenient for easy unloading and loading our vehicle. Very friendly staff! Some highway noise as it's right on highway 1.

Very clean, helpful staff and nice and quiet

Only problem & was small for our duration was the hot plate didnt work to well. We said nothing because we found it minor compared to all the xtras & overall our stay was very cozy, comfortable, clean & recieved far more than expected. I know all i had to do was ask, & the minor issue would have been rectified quickly. Even allowed us out of the cold & check in early. Thank you very much Intown Motel , your room, service, the xtras, & early check in made it the perfect stay !! Thank you intown Motel , we're very happy, highly recommend & your prices couldn't be beaten. Hotels.com has nothing to click on when bringing pets but getting a pet friendly room & for the confusion, we we're upgraded to a kitchenette room at no xtra charge ! Thank you so much !

My only issue is the low water pressure for the shower, other than that everything else was great. Friendly service, clean, quiet and comfortable. Definitely will be back.

Great decor and nice,clean place to stay, Like the modern amenities the room has to offer and the feng shui is great. We enjoyed the cleanness and would stay again!

Staff were great. Need a matt or something at the door to help with dirty footwear. Faucet on the tub and showerhead were terrible and needs to be replaced.

We were upgraded to a King room for no charge. Room was small but everything was new and modern. Super clean.

I signed in was told I had made 2 reservations . I asked the clerk to cancel it . He said he could not. I’m totally disappointed overall. Your 4 star rating obviously overrated. I expect a response from Trivago. If I don’t hear from you . I will keep commenting on Social media. Thanks.

I loved staying here. A few of us had rooms here. The new rooms are beautiful and is say 5/5. We stayed in the older room, not a five star but it was great. I liked having a little kitchenette it was helpful. I liked that it was pet friendly, and many areas to walk to dog. Front counter check in was pleasant and welcoming. In the morning, I saw there cleaning crew and they were friendly and nice. My bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I'll return next time I'm needing to stay in Hope. I was satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

Good place, clean and comfortable with great service

Our room #114 is a newly remodeled unit and has many bonus additions. For example in the bathroom the mirror lights up when you touch it, and there is a feature to defog the mirror when you shower. The shower itself is outstanding with 2 shower heads and an effluent hand held device. Kitchenette, toaster, Coffee maker, and dishes if you need them. A large microwave. The extra shelf under the TV gives more space to spread out. And the long desk allows for multiple devices. Between the 2 queen beds are 2 USB chargers both A and C as well as 2 electrical outlets. A easy chair to relax in was a little low but comfortable. The only comment I would make is the bathroom could use a few more towel racks and possibly a grab bar to hang onto as you exit the shower. Another very good feature for people getting up in the night to the bathroom is the softly lit light under the sink to provide a small amount of light but not so bright as to wake you up. Great feature. AC and heater easy to use. Parking was easy and free. The multi-directional lights at the head of the beds allowed one person to illuminate their reading material and the other person could sleep without a light keeping them awake. Our Room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend this room to any travellers.
