Love to come again n again. A must place to come if you have kids. Loads of fun activities.
I totally disagree with negative comments here. Indoor pool, with live music and activities. Face painting,Lego , balloon art, cookie painting - your kids have millions of activities to indulge with. Food is great. Little expensive but worth it . I ll come again n again.

There is major construction around the hotel, so navigating with all the detour signs was very difficult. The hotel shows its age, and the central smell of chlorine hits you upon entry like it's an indoor water park. The staff and service were excellent, so I have no complaints with that. Many families on a tight budget would have no issue with the hotel. However, I'm unsure if we will consider the hotel again the next time we are in Quebec.

Il serait important de mentionné sur. Votre site que le séjour de fds et de semaine est très différent . Premièrement, lorsqu’il y a un bris pour un service et que cela concerne notre journée complète , cela devrait être dédommagé .. vu les heures d’arrivée ( on s’entend que 17h avec des jeunes enfants .. et 11h et ouverture de lieu a 9h et en retard aussi… pas bcp de temps . aucune animation ni divertissement de votre réputation.. aucune . Je consens que c’est une période tranquille mais 50$ de différence .. et aucune musique le soir dans la piscine comme d’habitude , aucun

On a demandé le menu repas et lui des boissons, Nous avons demander un pichet de bière et on l’a jamais reçu !!!
Plusieurs machine de jeux au sous sol qui fonctionne mal ou juste pas ! Les jeux d’eau pour enfants manque entretien et de l’amour !
L’accès à hôtel est compliqué dû aux construction routière ( ce n’est pas de votre faute mais en tant que client j’aurais aimer être informé d’un raccourci …… !

overall stay very pleasant, front desk staff friendly upon arriving where as when leaving we were not asked if our stay was pleasant just a simple info that our invoice would be sent by mail. Restaurant staff very good and food very good and fairly priced though we did stay during the week Tues to Thurs so less traffic but pleasant. Pool area is mainly for children which is great for family fun and activities, we did not mind all that fun. Rooms are clean but simple but then again you dont live in the room you simply wash up and sleep. I would give this stay a 8 on 10
