Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre

We stayed at Mariott downtown as it husband was in TGH. My older teen loved the fitness facility. Both the kids and I enjoyed unwinding in the pool. Great location, felt safe in the area.

We thorohghly enjoyed pur sstay at th Marriott Downtown Toronto It is well situated near the Eaton's Centre. Welll maintained and offers excellent Staff Service. Breakfast was also excellent with many choices incuding fresh Fruits and freshly prepared juices.

Clean room, property, lobby, and the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close to public transportation, maybe within walking distance to see. Easton center shopping, TTC subway, Dundas street with many food options and entertainment. Close to Phillips Fountain with the big Toronto light up sign! 10 min walk to the General Hospital! 20min walk to CN tower and Ripley's Aquarium! So do able for family. Such a great location!!

We needed to book my visiting elderly parents in last minute after a fall meant one of them couldn't manage the stairs at my house. The staff were incredibly patient and kind went above and beyond to help us in all the needs we had to make them comfortable. We were grateful in a stressful moment to be assured that they would do whatever we needed and that no question was too crazy. The location was more than fantastic, the rate was reasonable, and I would highly recommend this hotel. The actual hotel was a bit dated but the staff and location more than made up for the fact that things could have been "shinier".

The mattress/bedding and pillows were so very comfortable I had a great sleep, might have to buy those pillows for my own home.

Very nice hotel, clean and the staff were very helpful. No sauna which kind of sucked but not much they can do there Only issue was the hotel AC only went to 18.5 in the room. I like a really cool room and found that a little irritating at night but that is personal preference. The toilet paper is like sand paper, could definitely use a change of brand or grit there. Other than that no issues. Hotel was clean, room clean and beds comfortable.

The Staff was super friendly, the rooms are pretty clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was fantastic (it’s worth adding on).

Sheets were looking like being bloodstained. I wrote to you, Expedia, at time of stay and you did nothing too! The staff of the hotel waited and waited to react and waited a day (after I had a terrible sleep (trying to re-sheet the bed) after a very late arrival from New Zealand. Finally operations manager visits room, apologised and tells me she’ll add 10 k points to my Marriott Bonvoy account which she didn’t do—-querying front desk at check out on this they said “This will happen a few days after your checkout” —- another lie/mistake or short coming. They just don’t care

Service Desk staff were extremely friendly. Very nice location in downtown Toronto, close to all amenities. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Very quiet for a downtown location. Would recommend this location.
