The front desk staff was amazing,
the view was great,
the hotel was quite,
located in an area were you can walk to everything around,
however the room was a bit dirty as in there was hair all over the bathroom and bathtub and the sheets were covered in crumbs/ dirt, atleast in the room I had booked.

Everything was good overall, BUT by “fallsview” I did not expect it to be behind another hotel with an obstructed view. Also we booked a double queen and I am not confident the beds were queen. I did double check with front desk as they also have doubles, but they assured me the beds were queen size. It was most the view I was a bit disappointed with compared to other places I’ve stayed in that area with a view.

Fallsview of the hotel in not what you see in the photos. In fact there is another hotel ( Marriott) which blocks the falls view of this hotel. You just have a very tiney view. There is no bar or restaurants in the hotel as it shows in the photos its just a restaurant just at the corner which is connected to this the hotel.
With this price i was staying in a better hotel the night before.

A good, comfortable 2 night stay with absolutely stunning views of the Horseshoe Falls from my Falls view King room. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great sleep and very quiet. Room had coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, desk, drawers, iron and board. No room safe unfortunately. $50 total deposit. Shower had good hot water and water pressure, plus there was a great spa bath. The adjoining restaurant and bar was fantastic with some excellent meals. Would definitely stay here again.
