The guy at the front desk was so nice. Our room was awesome. We had a great view of the falls and a jacuzzi tub.

From the moment we walked in til the time we left the staff was truly amazing! I’ve never had such a warm greeting like I had this weekend.they have a restaurant right on the property no need to go outside. First time ever to eat at a Turtle Jacks and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I will definitely be staying there again.

The staff was great! The gentleman at check-in was soo funny and the woman at checkout was very sweet. The only things I can think of that were 'weird'(I worked in the hotel industry for 20+ years) was that there was no heat in the hallways? That was a first. And I wasn't able to charge our dinner at the restaurant to our room. It's attached to the hotel so why not offer that? None are a make or break and everything else was great!

Great room
Wish we had room service since they have a restaurant downstairs but the view is fabulous, beds comfortable, water pressure is perfect.
