The view was definitely worth the price

It was close to the falls.

This is a nice property we had a wonderful view of the falls from our room. The staff were all very friendly and Teddy went above and beyond to accommodate us. He deserves a raise and an award.

Parked manager is not all time reedy

I have no complaints about this hotel. Its been our "go-to" hotel for years. Even though they've changed management, the quality maintained the same. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfy and the hotel is close to restaurants and the falls. Parking is expensive though. But overall, a great hotel.

Tout était parfait

This was a great place to stay and see Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. The rooms were as seen in pictures online. Highly recommended our views of the falls was beautiful even saw a rainbow over the falls.

I liked the pool although I didnt use it. My room also had a jazzuci in it which I did use it was very relaxing and the room and service was clean. The hotel staff was pleasant.The maintenance was very efficient, the toilet was broken and the repairs were done in minutes!

It was nice and Big , but they should have water in every guest room.

Cleanliness and location

I booked this room because it was advertised as Niagara Falls view , only half of the view was visible, the room I booked based on advertisement was not the same room ,I spent 400$ on this , very bad experience

Lack of parking. No electric chargers

When we slept at the middle night and others knocked on our door to bothers us. We felt worried and anxious about that night. That was a not good experience for us.

It’s upsetting you have to pay for parking, when the room is already so expensive, room should cover for one parking spot

For what you pay,the rooms shouldn’t be beat up. There should be fresh coffee down in the lobby in the morning. All other hotels I’ve stayed at were far better than this hotel. I would never stay there again , nor would I recommend this hotel. Way overpriced!!!!

This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel with my family members. I really enjoyed the water fall view all the day and night, also we had a crib for our baby, i’s mattress was a little bit uncomfortable for my baby but, totally everything was good. I should mention that the reservation didn’t contain free breakfast and it would be nice to add it!
