Immaculately spotless room at check in. The lobby had a bit of a strong odour but our room was one of the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in!

Close proximity to airport.

No light switch in bathroom. Tv remote doesn't work. Loud highway traffic.

Looking out the window of the building and seeing a homeless hotel next door, makes one apprehensive about leaving a car in parking lot

The room was amazing but the noise from the road was so loud and the breakfast at 8:45 was so stale and dried out and they don’t let you take it to the room which make sense but the sausages, eggs and hashbrowns were not edible Also, they started cleaning the rooms above and around our room at 8:30/9 so even if we had planned to sleep in and be out by 11 we couldn’t really have a comfortable sleep past 830

I fell in love with this place so much. The room was gorgeous clean the whole facility was amazing. I recommend this place to anybody.

The room was very clean. We had a suite with a kitchen and jaccuzi. The jacuzzi was amazing. The noise from the highway was a bit loud but overall a nice, clean hotel.

It appears to be a new hotel. In our room there was rust coloured/high iron smelling water in the shower. The faucets/grab bars were stained with rust. The bed was very high. Pillows were very small and uncomfortable. However, for the price I paid, and for one night it was ok.

Staff were helpful when asked. Breakfast was generally good except the last day when everything was cold ( sausages, eggs and hash browns)

At the property, there are no bathrobes provided, and the pool area lacks changing rooms—only a dirty washroom is available. How are guests supposed to use the pool under these conditions? Furthermore, you advertise having a pool, but it appeared more like a kids’ pool with a total depth of only 1.6m. The breakfast is advertised as being served until 10 a.m., yet when we arrived at 9:36 a.m., the breakfast area was already closed. Why is the breakfast time listed until 10 a.m. if you're going to shut it earlier? Additionally, the breakfast menu remained the same throughout our 4-night stay at Park Inn. Do you expect guests to have the same breakfast every day? Finally, the noise levels in the rooms at night were unbearable. It sounded like a continuous machine running throughout the night. Me and my husband visit hotels almost every month. This was the worst stay ever. Where we paid for pool, breakfast and noise free rooms but nothing was safisfactory. I usually dont put reviews but this property is not worth your money It was our Anniversary trip and we expected an extra ordinary experience at the property. It turned out to be just an ordinary expereience.

First, I was put in a room that was super noisy for my compressor on the roof. They finally moved me. The elevator didn’t smell clean. Also there were ants in my bathroom. The staff was helpful, but I feel like the property itself is not being maintained correctly also the dryer was down till yesterday and we are leaving today so we couldn’t wash any clothes And that that was not a good thing
