We had a two bedroom room with a pullout couch. The beds weren’t made 1 time during our 4 night stay, which was odd. Towels were changed though. The same breakfast was served every day we were there. At least change 1 or 2 of the items every couple of days. Our furnace was making a loud sound, maintenance wasn’t available until the following day and no other rooms were available to move to. I tried to get it to stop, which I eventually did but we also didn’t run the heat the first night. No offer for the inconvenience which again was unfortunate. Staff were friendly.

Everything was spotless! Reception provided us with a no cost upgrade without asking for it. Great place to stay. We choose this place now every time we stop in Kelowna.

Spotless room and housekeeping were very friendly and diligent. The pool was lovely - very clean and well maintained, if a bit small. The suite was lovely to have the extra space. Only quibbles were that the USB charging points didn’t work and the bed was a bit soft for my liking.

Had everything we needed and wanted. Great for a quick stay

Washroom garbage hadnt been emptied and tv remote didnt work. I called down and they sent up a remote and emptied the trash within 10 minutes. Very pleased.

Traction was spotless. New. Breakfast was good. Good location

At first walk-in, the whirlpool suite was pretty nice. But it's really just an aerated bubbly tub, no jets, just air bubbles. It was on the highway side of the hotel, so lots of traffic noise. The fans were loud too, so if you like white noise, I suppose that's OK. By night 2 I got used to it. The bathroom light was on a motion sensor which turned on a couple of times randomly in the night. It's also blinding if you're up for a 2am pee. The double shower was nice, but the tile grout needed cleaning. The room was comfortable enough, but next time, I'll book a standard queen. The continental breakfast was nice, and the staff I encountered was good.

The room was clean

The rooms were clean and spacious, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good although some items were probably left out too long, like the hashbrown patties, and had become very dry and needed to redone as they were not edible. Overall experience was very good and would definitely return to this hotel.

The rooms are not clean! The floor had stuff on it from the previous people, the stove top was dirty and so were the utensils. The breakfast is mediocre, they have the dishes stacked up on really high shelves with a sign that says do not use. When I asked for a plate, the lady dealing with the breakfast rolls, her eyes grabs the paper plates, like as if I was supposed to know where she hides them and drops them on the counter like I was such an inconvenience. The sausages were cold and should have been thrown out, when mentioned , again the lady seemed upset and turned on the heat to reheat them.( A&W thankfully was close and we went there instead ) They charge an extra $20/day for dogs , which I was OK with, but wish I would’ve known about it beforehand. If you’re going to be in the Kelowna area, I would do your research about the hotels that you’re gonna be staying in. This one was a really bad choice for us
