Staff are awesome and kind. A good selection of snacks in the lobby too! We spent 3 nights as tourists so the hotel was amazing for coming and going. Very clean In the room, hallways and lobby (didn’t use the pool). Comfy pillows! A tiny bit of road noise from the highway we did get a room on the back side of the hotel the area is central enough to get around easy without having the traffic from downtown. Overall great stay. Would come back!

Water leakage in bathroom, staff is not very helpful. TV and Wi-Fi not working at all. Not suitable for family with kids.

Park Inn was convenient for me to stay. It was very clean and the staff were great. I was placed on the highway side of the hotel so it was quite noisy but overall the stay was fine.

If your room is on the same side as the highway it’s very loud

every time we stay here is always the same service and cleanliness it’s always amazing to stay here!

We stayed for 2 nights in April. Hotel itself and the room was clean. It was a reasonably priced stay. A few negatives - our room faced the highway and you could hear the traffic all night. Didn’t feel safe walking from the property to any nearby shops - not the hotel’s fault but good to note if you like to explore an area on foot.

Super clean

Newer-looking property, could have been cleaner. Staff was limited, ended up waiting a while for someone to check us in. Food for breakfast was limited and not fresh. Great location in proximity but our room facing busy street was loud throughout the night.

Very central, comfortable room will all the usual amenities. Very clean. Good price point. Pool a bit small but still does the trick! Hit tub a nice bonus. Seamless check in. Very nice experience.

That i tell before..the breakfast area is small but you have a lot.of.option to eat..and pool is small too..anyways all employers are very kind and helpfull, Suyi was awesome..we looking for a table to play boards games but they only keep the place safe for restaurant. The rooms are awesome . Nice place small but bice place and brand new

The breakfast was poor and the space available to eat was extremely limited given the size of the property. I was woken up at 5am by either very loud pipes or workers upstairs. Given this is a recently redeveloped property I would expect better noise cancelling technology.

Great value

This was my second stay at this property and I will likely stay again next time I'm in Kelowna. The staff, the room, the facilities, and the Filipino restaurant/bar on site were excellent on both visits. Noise has not been an issue during either stay. Very quiet throughout. Our family members with young kids enjoyed the indoor pool and their parents enjoyed the hot tub. The pool is quite small, but still fun for the kids. One family member used the gym on this visit and was pleased with it. Restaurants, retail stores, and fuel stations are all close by.

Excellent stay at an affordable rate.

The room was nice, but not the cleanest. It just looked like the floor wasn’t vacuumed fully, and surfaces maybe weren’t wiped thoroughly. The bed was clean and comfortable though. The breakfast was disappointing, even first thing in the morning it wasn’t hot. The customer service was good and checkin and checkout went very smoothly. Very friendly staff.

Friendly service

Hotel is decent, clean. Complimentary breakfast is okay, the cooked portion is hit and miss but they do offer plenty of other options. Coffee is good. Area is okay. Hotel is convenient to get to and depart from.
