When we got to the room checking in was very easy. Staff were very friendly. The room was huge, and very nice and clean. Its to bad they had the guy's from Shawshank Redemption taring the roof right outside our windows.

The staff was super accommodating and nice. The rooms and bathroom were quite clean and very spacious. Only complaint would be the lack of breakfast — toast, bagels, cereal and hard boiled eggs — no hot food.

The property rented their banquet area to guests who were permitted to play such loud music from 3pm-10pm on one day of our stay without notification to everyone staying there. This made it impossible to relax at all with the floor shaking music all day.

The staff that checked us in were absolutely amazing. As soon as we started the jacuzzi tub a bunch of hair and other things came out of the jets… other than that it has been a lovely experience.

I really liked the place overall, but bed caused my back to ache and our air conditioner did not work… error code said that it required routine maintenance.
Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. I would come back.

The room was simply not clean. Multiple issues which got a " nod" from front desk staff with no solution. Time to change lumpy beds as well. "Beakfast"was a joke.
This place is just not up to par.

Our AC wouldn't work in our room. Adi tried to fix it and it worked for maybe a half hour then hot again. It was colder in the halls then in the room.
The best part was the restaurant. Amazing food and wonderful service.
