Location is great. Room is clean and big. Hotel provide bike, kayak, stand on board, so convenience. Nice pool and hot tub. Delicious food.

Everything was super clean. Staff and check in was excellent.
The only negative thing I have to comment on is the outside garbage out building is an eyesore. Considering how clean & tidy the inside of the hotel is I’m surprised that the garbage building is so dirty. It needs cleaning or painting to bring it up to the same standards as the hotel. It’s visible when you enter the car park and from the pool area when you’re outside on the lounge chairs.

Property is situated on a lake. If your room is the front of the hotel you face the highway. Extremely busy extremely noisy. Rooms were dated from 1980. Everything in it was old.. The beds were comfortable the floors looked clean.

Beautiful hotel and room, super comfy bed and a great shower. Hotel is situated on a beautiful piece of property looking out onto the bay. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Nicest hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Fully equipped with everything you could need, better equipped than my gym that I’m a member at. Amazing place and would definitely stay here again

The park next door and the walkway on the waterfront was spectacular. We were pleasantly shocked to discover how lovely the area was. Beautiful art on the grounds and lovely boat launch added to the visual experience. Not to be missed...The Marine Park

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, amazing food and great amenities. We were there three days for a golf trip. We had no idea how amazing Salmon Arm was. The bird sanctuaries, walkways and views were exceptional. All were viewed from the balcony of our lovely room. We will return for sure.

I was unable to check in when I arrived at the property. I did not have the same credit card that I had used to make my reservation on my person. I had a debit card and cash but that was not acceptable. I was told I could use someone else's card. I had been dropped off by friends while they went off to check into different hotels and would not be back for at least an hour. The manager told me that I could sit in the lobby while I waited for their return. So there I sat with all my paddling gear plus folding chair and lifejacket An hour later I was able to check in using my friend's card. Total waste of time! This is an expensive place to stay and it's really not worth the extra costs. Meals in the restuarant on site are also costly. For example I was charged $3.00 for a glass of milk that I had poured at the coffee center. I could have had coffee for free but not milk apparently. Also there wasn't even a paper cup or coffee cup in the room to use when I wanted to get a drink of water. In summary its expensive and not very "friendly" or guest oriented. I wouldn't stay there again.
