I was absolutely astonished that there was no parking in the hotel when I arrived. I was told to park across the street at the public library (for free) but there were homeless in the parkade & I was uncomfortable parking there. As a single women, I felt completely unsafe and was worried about leaving my car there. Also I booked a room with 1 queen size bed & I felt like i was in a college boarding room. It was so small and very little place to spread out. The rooms with 2 beds in it were huge in comparison. I should have paid much less than I did. Also having to lug my luggage to the elevator from the entrance was ridiculous. I should have paid more and stayed at a nicer hotel. It would have been work every penny.

Dated hotel. No air conditioning, it was ridiculously hot in our room in June. We had to keep our hotel door open to allow some air to flow while we were hanging out. Such a disappointment. Could not check in before 4 pm. Do not stay here in the summer.

There is no air conditioning - just a small table fan and if you are on the 3rd floor it gets really hot and sleeping is uncomfortable. Otherwise, clean, good location, staff were helpful. Parkade is small and was sold out the first night I checked in (late arrival).

There was no room service for 3 days
Patio door would not lock. Open at the bottom for bugs to come in
Shower soap dispenser fell off the wall and struck us on the foot
Handle for shower fell off.
Floors and door frames were dirty.

There’s NO AC in rooms so just be aware , especially in summer. The rooms were clean and service was good! The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Location was good. Walking distance to shops. Underground parking was very tight for a larger vehicle, like a truck or mid-large SUV. Rooms were ok. There were some fake eyelashes left behind by a previous guest. Pool was lacklustre, but at least there was a pool.
