The staff were nice and room was tidy, water pressure in the showers were a bit weak and the temperature was hard to control but the heated light was nice after walking out from the shower. The standard two queen bedroom had a microwave (did not work), a refrigerator, coffee machine with disposable cups, and extra blankets/pillows

We had no access to drinking water. We eventually found the ice machine (on another level) and had to wait for ice to melt so drink it.
There is no sound insulation between doors and hallways, and other hotel guests were quite loud even after "quiet hours." There is little sound insulation between levels in the bathroom, so we could hear a lot of what when on in the bathroom above us.
The pool is quite small and cool. It would not be big enough for more than one party of guests at a time.
Linens were clean, but towels were quite small.
Curtains did not close fully (always a gap between panels), compromising privacy after dark.
There was no welcoming literature explaining the hotel services, etc.
We did appreciate having control of the room temperature (heat only).

The room is not actual ready for someone. In the bathroom shower is not working, this is worst when in the morning someone has to go for urgent meeting and shower isn’t working 😒😒. Moreover in the tap water smell is strange and on top of that no drinking water there plus for tea kettle main part is not there to make tea in the morning. Room was totally out of services.
I just want to just say management stay once in your rooms that you are providing to people for your businesses , you realize what others feels when people are paying enough cost for staying in order to get basic services , which is not even there
