Very impressed by the hotel and the staff. The breakfast included was one of the best that I have encountered over my several years of travel. An older hotel but updated accordingly.

Incredible stay. Best hotel we have stayed at in Peterborough. We’ve stayed at every other one, and this one hands down is the best. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast with actual hot food, sausages pancakes etc…it’s not he best hotel hands down. Rory at the desk was incredible! She is sweet and always ready to help. Very friendly.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk staff were kind, professional and efficient. The Quality Inn is centrally located on Peterborough’s famous Lansdowne street. It’s a great place to stay!

Floors were worn, too expensive for a room. Breakfast was not great. Bacon was the thinnest I have ever eaten, no brown sugar for cereal, ran out of coffee in the breakfast room. Staff were great. Should have been $100 not $200

I booked the room because after the pissibility of a 6th night with no power due to Mar 31 ice storm, me without cpac machine and my adult son on the autism spectrum were feeling stressed and ill. Our power was restored at around 7:00 p.m. but when I called Hotekbto cancel they said they would still charge my credit card. Very bad community suppirt during emergency time i Peterborough area.

It says coffee is available in room. Only tea and no creamers/ sugar. Its a long way from any rooms to get coffee in the lobby for which they do not supply lids. I stayed during the ice storm. Cable went down so you could only access emergency alerts by cellphone. Not everyone has one. Staff should have called each room with updates.

I was so disappointed with this property, we have been here before and enjoyed our stay, But this time room was dirty and the fire place was boarded up, stayed one night instead of the whole week.

The cleaning personal was bad, no towels, no service when asked. The two first nights we didnt sleep because of the noise the Heather was making. We had to change room because of the noise.

Staff was amazing - property is a little older - eavestroughs we’re clogged resulting in ice build up in walking area entrance ways - once notified staff were very fast to respond :)
