Great room for the price with breakfast. Great staff but another guest parked their vehicle so close to our entrance that we had to squeeze in with our luggage to avoid hitting the car with the door. The wind and rain were crazy so this was not ideal. Not hotel’s fault, but a space should be left by the entrances for either emergency vehicles, wheelchair access or just loading space in general.

Room was clean and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was standard but well presented and maintained by staff. If you like a soft mattress, you are in luck. Sound proofing of outside noise was poor so room at the back. New windows would help a lot. Exterior was shabby but don't let that fool you. We would definitely stay again.

Didn't like access to the room. Had to make numerous trips thru the back door entrance to bring my luggage in,

Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold. Tea & Coffee were watered down. Very limited seating. We had to sit in the lobby.
Room needed repairs to baseboard and walls, Air conditioning did not work.

The level of hot water and shower pressure was great. This hotel's room furnishings are very dated, the king bed was old. Generally the room was clean, but not spotless. The front desk staff, breakfast room staff were excellent. This is a hotel in Peterborough and the weekend rate was waaay too high for this property. We stay regularly at a three star hotel by Pearson Airport which is 100% nicer than this one and for 50% less. Oh, and the A/C in our room worked on and off the two nights we were there.

Check in was smooth and quick, eventhough I arrived 1 hour early. Breakfast very nice, i like warm stuff like eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausages. Comfy beds. Just 2 levels hotel, no elevators. Reasonably priced, needed to stay one night only.

Extremely rude breakfast and cleaning staff. Disrespectful and most definitely WILL NOT return id rather camp in a tent then deal with the disrespect fron this low class place.
