Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport

The hotel is conveniently located, and the front desk staff is very polite, but the shuttle staff does not look helpful and is impolite.

Ana at the front Desk was exceptional checking me in and helping with my stay. Great job ! I even paid for an upgrade which was worth it. All staff were helpful and professional. Would recommend and stay again.

The property is under construction. They initially put one of our rooms on the floor under heavy construction with walls wrapped in plastic and cardboard covering parts of the hallway. Additionally, one of the elevators was down but that was before the service elevator went down with an employee trapped in it (witnessed it happening). The next day, the cleaning staff was using the single working elevator and having guests squish into the elevator with their carts. It did not appear that they adjusted their schedule to get their carts to the floors before peak hours (after 7 am). There is a nice shuttle service, but it tried to leave 5-10 minutes early and almost left without us. The staff admitted they have been having problems with the driver doing this and had to call him back. Overall, it’s an old property that is undergoing a lot of construction. Good location for Chinese food, near rail station, and rooms are bigger than average. I regret paying so much more than Radisson Blu given the above issues. However, being able to walk to restaurants was a strong advantage that Blu does not have. I would avoid staying here again.

Large room and great location for dining, shopping and transportation. Little Fox Bakehouse next door, great bakery. Six Dim Sum Restaurants within 10 minutes walking.

We really loved Dinner and morning breakfast! Staff was very nice.

Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms! The location being close to the airport was a big plus too. There were a lot of restaurants and department stores too, which made our stay even more convenient.

We liked the Radisson for its cleanliness and location in the Richmond neighborhood. The

Great location. Helpful staff. One call out is that the room for elderly with mobility problems need enhancement. There’s no room with walk-in shower. It only provides a bigger room, bigger bathroom with a little lower bathtub barrier which the elderly still needs to climb over. It has a handrail but it’s not 100% safe.

The hotel was in a great location with very close proximity to the sky train station. The staff were polite and offered assistance when needed. The room was spacious, clean and quiet
