Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a busy weekend with multiple tournaments in town and the staff were always willing to listen and resolve concerns. Well done Ramada staff!!

Although older, very clean and well maintained.
Excellent professional staff especially the gentleman who greeted us on arrival.
Would recommend this hotel just because of how pleasant the staff made our stay.

Was disappointed in the pool, definitely designed for kids, it was perfect for the grandkids but I was looking forward to swimming too. The hotel was okay, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good!!

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Kids enjoys the pool but it is very slippery in there by the chairs and i seen many people fall while we were there. And the way they do breakfast is kind of sucks having multiple kids they are miserable waiting for there food to be done one at a time

Hotel is dated and basic. Room was clean and breakfast was fine/ standard compared to similar “included breakfasts”, but it was overpriced for what you get. Walls are thin, amenities are basic, carpet and furniture are old, hot tub was out of service, and pool water looked a little questionable. Stayed here with a sports team for a nearby tournament and I have a feeling they jacked their room rates accordingly.

Pool was freezing cold and hot tub was closed booked this hotel for the pool/waterslide and hot tub then my kids didn’t get to enjoy any of it! Booked 2 rooms on our booking and they put us on completely opposite sides of the hotel. Wouldn’t do anything to even try to get us closer together. Will never book here again.

Noone was there at checkin for at least 15 minutes. I saw my packet on the desk so I took my key and instead of calling my room and checking they booked my room for someone else who tried to come in the room at 2 am and then got all mad in the morning. Not my problem they don't do their job

Website says they have restaurant...they dont. Room ok but walls so thin we could hear conversation in next room. Heating fan very loud all night long

The rooms are very clean but outdated. They are also not quiet. I can hear others in their room and traffic outside. Pool had so much chlorine that we couldnt stay to swim. We walked in the pool area then out again.
