The hair dryer was broken and had to get one from the front desk each day, the TV initially did not work. We also requested room service and didnt get it, even when we had reported that we needed clean towels. The staff was very friendly, but not sure they were staffed adequately. The pool, hot tub and slide were a bonus.

It was ok, the pictures online were different than what we were expecting to get. Pictures were deceiving, I thought a suit would be much bigger.

The stay was good, and the value was good for the price

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Kids enjoys the pool but it is very slippery in there by the chairs and i seen many people fall while we were there. And the way they do breakfast is kind of sucks having multiple kids they are miserable waiting for there food to be done one at a time

The room had a musty smell to it. And the ac unit had a rattle when you turned it on. I really like the addition of outlets Overall it was good.

The beds are very comfortable. The property is a bit dated, but a convenient spot.

Temperature control did not function. It appears it never has.

Stayed in a family suite beds were uncomfortable and hard. Bathroom was old and dirty. Room smelled bad

The hotel is old. However, the staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. The beds are comfortable as well.

Room was great and so was the hot breakfast.

Hotel is dated and basic. Room was clean and breakfast was fine/ standard compared to similar “included breakfasts”, but it was overpriced for what you get. Walls are thin, amenities are basic, carpet and furniture are old, hot tub was out of service, and pool water looked a little questionable. Stayed here with a sports team for a nearby tournament and I have a feeling they jacked their room rates accordingly.

Hotel is dated, the rugs show its age. Pool was very cold and unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good.
