Staff were great. Room definitely needed a deep clean. Tile grout in shower was stained and dirty and cracked. Looked like black mold around showerhead and soap shelf in shower. bathroom fan full of dust. Old empty water bottle under bed from who knows how long ago.

Valet and concierge were great. Asking for something to be brought to your room will never arrive. The dust in the room was the worst I've ever seen. Requested adjoining rooms a week in advance, then was told no, its first come first serve.

The hotel seems luxurious from the outside but our room 556 was kinda not so roomy plus there was a stench of like someone that has not bathe in a week. We didn't bother complaining coz we had an air deodorizer with us which only masked the smell for a bit. Otherwise, it's convenient to nearby shops and restaurants but so are the other hotels around the area...

The hotel quality and amenities was very nice HOWEVER, the parking situation was terrible. For $60/night, you too can park in their underground garage which is a 10 minute walk with luggage via an elevator on the condo end and then walk outside to get to the actual hotel lobby. That experience is not worth more than $30 max. The pool/fitness center is also shared with the condo tower. So you can also walk outside to get there or go to the 3rd level walk the maze and then elevator down to ground floor…. Then do that to get back to your room. 😳

I won’t be returning to this hotel. It took over 20 minutes to reach in-room dining, with the line repeatedly going to voicemail. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they don’t regularly check those voicemails, which was surprising. After all that, the $80 meal was very average at best. The indoor pool was disappointing as well. The water appeared murky and was pretty cold,m for an indoor one, and the pool itself was much smaller than it appears in photos. Overall, this hotel feels like a 3.5-star property at best, with customer service closer to a 3.

We had to wait 1.5 hours to check in. We got to Vancouver at 1:30 and killed some time until check-in at 4 o’clock and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 PM.

We stayed in the hotel and we were asked to pay additional $60-$70 for parking. We weren’t happy at all. We stayed two years ago and a year before that and we didn’t pay, why now after paid expensive for one night stay. I don’t think I’ll stay in this Hotel again
