這次家庭旅遊選擇Wall Centre, 地點加走路就可以到熱鬧區。附近食物選擇也多，對面是超市後面有便利商店，超級方便。每天都有打掃服務，賓至如歸！

The property and rooms were clean and the hotel was in a nice spot in downtown. There should be more elevators or easier access to higher floors since all elevators were occupied most of the time and had to wait 2-3 minutes each time. Nonetheless, very friendly staff. Would come back again.

Horrible parking and the hotel was apparently pet friendly so a dog barks the hall night. The staff in the buffet not very nice and the reception asked us to take the luggage’s self to another tower that was 10 minutes walk.

The room was a 3 star accommodation. Furniture outdated and scratched, old towels, in bathroom, leaking coffee machine, cheep coffee offering, empty refrigerator, noisy unit next to elevator. No bath robe in closet. Unfriendly staff. At the high price we paid, the amenities and service was at a motel level. When we asked to move out and get reimbursed for the remaining night, the request was denied.

Admittedly I am accustomed to staying at the Hotel Vancouver or Sutton Place when I am in town, but decided to give the Sheraton Wall centre a try, as rates were somewhat lower. Room was clean but small; weak water pressure, slow elevators, polite but not so friendly staff (can't tell you how many times I walked past the staff outside in the parking area- not so much as a smile or a hello - not the Canadian hospitality I am used to). At over $500 a night I would hope for a little more - actually quite a bit more. No ambience, not particularly friendly - a very meh experience for a luxury price. I won't be back. Oh - and being directly across the street from St. Paul's hospital, the ambulance sirens throughout the night are not the most conducive to a good night's sleep....

Conference was in hotel so easy to get to sessions and meals.

Great place in the heart of downtown, small criticism is the elevator system which I know nothing can be done is not enough for the amount of people moving in the morning. The wait at the elevator both mornings was ridiculous

Stayed in the south tower on the 17th floor, but the street noise including cars music were clearly heard from my room with windows and balcony door firmly shut
