我住了三晚，到現場發現 床很小，比標準雙人床小多了，很不舒服。
停車需要額外收費，在訂房時並沒有註明，每晚多付54CAD，天啊。
訂房資訊有寫有洗衣設備，到現場問了櫃台才發現只有外送洗衣，真令人失望。

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, aber nicht sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind leider nicht gut isoliert, so dass man leider alle Aussengeräusche mitbekommt. Der Eingangsbereich ist oft überlaufen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We were upgraded to a higher floor, and the views were magnificent. The staff explained clearly where all the amenities were because there are two towers. The valet staff brought me my car in a timely fashion. The bar in the lobby was really well appointed. The room was spacious with a little sitting area off to the side. The temperature control was very responsive. We had no complaints.
