Didnt like the tree bugs we found but they had a notice telling us to keep doors and windows closed, to keep them out. I guess the cleaning staff didnt check the room for bugs. The room was way too hot, the thermostat was set to 25c Couldnt cool it down all nite

The breakfast was okay, although I was expecting a hot breakfast like eggs. Parking was okay. The most disappointing experience was the rooms, they were terrible. Had to change 4 rooms and yet not to our satisfaction, very unsatisfying. We visit Lethbridge every 2 months and stay at this hotel but Unfortunately this will be our last visit to this hotel. Very disappointed 😡😞

It was fine for a quick stay passing through. The rooms are old. Floors creak so loud that you feel like you might fall through at any point. Our ice bucket was full of melted ice when we got there and they didn’t have any clean ones to exchange so we got a random Tupperware container the guy found somewhere. It was not worth what I paid. I’d say it’s a $90 per night room at max.

Parking easy. Very little selection for breakfast. No protein except yogurt. Also, the room was very hot all the time. We had to leave the window open all night in order to sleep, The thermastat does nothing.

When I first checked in the front desk agent reminded me I booked through a second party should there would be an additional fee. I understand but I’ve also taken my HBM and have a degree so I understand second party. The room we were in had no ac and it was hot. The shower head had a nail tip soze hole it it so water shot everywhere. Also if I have taken my grandson their was base board heaters and the wires where all uncovered. Also this is a room for four people and there was only three towels. The day I checked out the front desk agent was a gentleman very nice personable. Disappointing thought that his attire had holes in the elbows. Honestly I will never stay at this hotel again. I am a heavier set person and the agent the first night made me embarrassed because I am overweight. They had no elevator but I didn’t mind climbing the stairs although they are a hazardous because someone could slip on the metal on the edges of the steps.

Great staff, acceptable room. Just what we needed. The website needs to be updated because it gives very little detail about the complimentary breakfast. We actually found out on site that they off a more than adequate breakfast just like the other Super 8 locations. The dining area was bright and spotless.
