I had a great experience, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, nice comfortable bedding and mattress, the location was great and I feel safe coming in late night from a show when the receptionist came to the door and unlocked it before I was able to take my card off my purse.

This downtown hotel was excellent value for money in a perfect location. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful atrium as well as an excellent breakfast. Only minor quibble was a bit of noise from the lobby as the rooms on the second floor are open to the atrium so thr sound carries.

Cozy, clean, excellent food at the bistro. Very nice location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shower water was nice and hot which was a nice change from some other places we have stayed.
