Well managed property with luxurious amenities. Madeleine ensured our birthday celebration was carefree. Rooms are very well equipped with all luxuries you need. Located close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Very happy with our stay and will happily return.

The hotel took a security deposit without informing me they were doing this. I only found out they'd taken a deposit once I looked at my online banking app. I went down to the front desk to enquire and then it was explained to me that a security deposit had been taken. I have zero issues with paying a deposit, but front desk staff should clearly explain what they are charging you for when they check you in. They also havent returned the security deposit as yet and it's two days post check out. Ive tried contacting them online with no success so far.

The room I was given was very clean and tidy. There were a lot of lighting options, including dimmable lamps, which were nice.
The shower was a great size and the bathroom was spacious, giving me plenty of room to dry off and get ready for the day.
I would say the only issue I had was that the only full length mirror was on the inside of the hallway closet door, which would not stay open unless I put my shoes to keep it from closing while I used the mirror.
The room’s soundproofing wasn’t bad, or perhaps I didn’t have noisy neighbours.
When the tv was off and I was in bed I did hear voices in the outside hall talking, but it wasn’t too loud or disruptive.
