Amazing stay, the facilities are wonderful and close to so many downtown locations. Afternoon Tea was also wonderful and the Consort Bar was wonderful. Hope to visit again. Niamh who was one of the hosts in the Victoria Cafe was fantastic!

We had a great time at the Omni! The rooms were spacious, there were lots of restaurants in walking distance, and the staff were wonderful!! I will definitely stay again!

It’s okay. Area not great junkies everywhere but that’s TO these days. Hotel lobby is nice and some restaurants and bars. Rooms and hallways dated. It’s average an average hotel nothing really bad but nothing great either. Front outside staff made a bad first impression as we were unloading our vechile and he stood and watched for 5 mins and when we started carrying bags up stairs finally acknowledged with a “do you need help”? Old white guy with long white beard should be given some customer service training.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were a bit disappointed that there weren’t historical plaques around the hotel considering its 100+ years old but we enjoyed exploring nonetheless. The food at the Consort Bar was delicious and we had great service. The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Toilet paper holder was ontop of the toilet for some strange reason, I had to install it. Previous tenant had left a dirty pair of underwear in the closet for me to find when I went to get the iron and ironing board. Staff was informed but it took them hours to remove. TV didn’t work — chromecast works fine for non-Apple apps, but wanted to watch the last episode of cape fear on apple TV, but that isn’t an option. Also the wifi is unencrypted which is ridiculous, and private relay needs to be turned off to find the TV. Room was set to 66°F by the staff twice. Way too cold. Nice lobby, but for the rate I was charged, and the issues mentioned, I will look elsewhere next time.

From the moment you walk inside, you feel regal with the fragrant lobby, lavish furniture and warm hospitality. The rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable and bathrooms pristine. I’ll definitely return!

The hotel is gorgeous but the rooms were a little disappointing. While large, the rooms were dark and somber. One of the suites had a dismal view of a small roof top with refuse. Food and service were outstanding. Staff helpful and friendly.
