Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel

It was worth staying right in the Rogers center compared to a bit of travel to a different hotel in the downtown area. So much was right at your fingertips. Convenience was excellent.

Pool wasn’t operational , no remote in the room when we got there. We were expecting that the concert was at the Roger’s centre it was actually at the stadium. Definitely not the only ones who got had that issue. As the server we had at the restaurant at the hotel said we were one group of many that the same issue. Might be nice to make that more clear to ppl coming from out of town. Who assume it’s at the centre when it’s actually at the stadium an hour away.

Nice facility

All the staff was really great and clean places. But they should update the site that the swimming pool is under maintenance. my family specially the kids was really upset due to this circumstances. not really happy about it.

The location was perfect. The amenities on site were everything we needed for our stay! Breakfast was better than we expected!

Very clean and staff were nice

We were unhappy with being woken up by the faulty fire alarm that went off at 3:30 am for 30 minutes. We have young kids and it really affected our next day activities. Not happy.

Great place and location

The eggs at breakfast were very strange and not good. The rest of breakfast was great! Very comfortable beds and pillows and the proximity to the stadium is unmatched.

There were a few hiccups, but all said and done I would absolutely recommend. We live about 6 hours north, I know you're thinking what does that have to do with anything? Well our room just so happened to be adjacent to the 7th circle of hell. Turned down the temp, didn't do anything, they sent up a fan, didn't help, even with a bucket of ice behind it. Called the desk again, they happily moved us to a lower floor. View of the diamond, no sun in the window first thing in the morning, but the air conditioning worked! GLORIOUS! Buffet was top notch, I think the best spread we've had, by a mile. Definitely worth the money, plus it comes with free appie vouchers for the restaurant. Then we went to check out, turns out they misplaced the car. I know what you're thinking. Right?! How does this story spin? Turns out the key got mis-tagged is basically what happened, so after about a 30 minute debacle, the valet brought our suv and key. Not keys. Key. Yep. Someone separated our keys, so our other vehicle key, house keys, everything, in the wind. The heck. After about another 30 minutes the very apologetic valet had found them and brought them to the wife. It was frustrating in the moment, but everyone was so polite and embarrassed through the whole ordeal we couldn't even be mad. We left about an hour late, but they made it right by copping the whole valet service. If you're valeting your car, make sure its a single key. So we have a delightful story now. 10/10 Money well spent.

The facilities are well-maintained, the staff were nice and friendly, and our room was spotless, everything was lovely! However, it would have been perfect if there hadn’t been two large bags of garbage left right outside our door when we arrived. Additionally, the spa water could have been a bit cleaner. That said, we really appreciated the spa and pool! They were incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a long day of walking downtown. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. Have stated here before and will stay again and again.
