Clean, good, responsive management, safe parking

Grateful for the good reviews which led me to book here. It was clean, in a good location and everything went smoothly. The kitchen was well appointed and the refrigerator well stocked. They are very generous with the food! I highly recommend it!!

Very basic room but included everything you need including a stocked kitchenette. The bed and bedding were satisfactory but not one that entices you to sleep forever. The location was walkable but its about 10-15 minutes to any restaurants or shops.

We rented a room with 3 rooms. There was a little kitchenette and breakfast was ready in the fridge. Very good value for purchase.

Our room was comfortable enough, although the bed wasn’t the best and the shower was very small. We enjoyed the ability to prepare a few meals. The staff was very friendly. There is an additional room tax collected here.

Clean rooms. 24 hour front desk. Quiet. Full kitchen. Handy location.

Centrally located near downtown. Apartment was clean.and well furnished. They gave us a bag lunch because we were leaving early before breakfast.

Door to balcony did not close properly letting in a bad drought. This is particularly bad as Punta Arenas is known for wind!

The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from town which isn't bad at all but it's completely isolated and everything around is pretty broke down so didn't give me the safest feeling. The first room they gave us was dark, had a weird smell, and felt very cramped. We asked to move rooms and they did which there was more light and space but we were trading off for a lot more noise too. There was not a painting on the wall, no air conditioning and the front staff were completely unhelpful! No safe in the room. My husband tried to take a shower at about 11pm and the bathroom floor completely Flooded due to a large pile of someone else's hair that he had to pull from the drain. We told the front desk and they came to our room and handed us a dirty mop!! I was really shocked! I have never experienced customer service like this!! There was no vent in the bathroom so when he got out our room was a steam box. There were no food options available (on Christmas) that the front staff knew about. We asked about where to exchange money, they had no idea. They were extremely unhelpful for working in the tourism industry!! The internet access also really sucked! It kicked you right off without notifying you so I was using data the entire time unaware! Overall the staff really needs more training to be helpful to guests. No maps, no assistance what so ever. I would not choose this place again!
