What a great hotel full of charm and style. Excellent breakfast and dinner, great pool area. It’s not 5 stars comfort but the style and charm entirely compensate for that. Great staff.

We stayed 4 nights to enjoy 3 days of touring the Atacama and booked the large family room that had 3 beds downstairs with a double bed up on the balcony. Ideal for spreading out our bags. We had room 7, which was very close to the reception and breakfast and could get a little WIFI. It had air conditioning but we din’t need it (October). This is a lovely authentic hotel, with rooms spread around with nice areas to sit and relax. The pool was lovely and there was a jacuzzi too (best wifi is around the pool) The staff are all very friendly and quick to help, relaxed and informal. Breakfast was simple yet quality and plentiful. Overall it feels like an oasis of calm, yet just 5 minutes walk to San Pedro centre. We also used Ckausa Tours who looked after us and made our trip amazing.

Hotel it’s located a little away from the main street but still walkable. It’s very quiet peaceful Hotel staff speak perfect English .

The hotel is well maintained very charming. They have Alpacas out by the pool which was really fun to see. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location-wise it is in a great location right at the end of Caracoles street which is the main drag in San Pedro De Atacama. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place feels very authentic. Small and comfortable cottages where you can light up some fire for the genuine experience, great breakfast where they play traditional music from Andes and a great location in the village. Llamas are super cool - great way to differentiate themselves from other accommodations! Next to the estate just 3min away, there is a river - you can cross it with the SUV (no water most of the time) and get to a fully dark place where you see the whole Milky Way! The reception is open until 1am (very useful for late flights) and all the receptionists were very helpful for all the information and help with buying tickets for the destinations around Atakama. It is ultra clean, they changed even the bed covers every day! They have variety of pillows and comfortable beds. Maybe as a suggestion, they can warm up the room before guests arrive (each room has an AC unit which heats as well). Amazing value for money.

Nice place but the hot water and the heater in the room was a bit of an inconvenience.

The property's location is a little bit off the center, but it is still walkable. It is situated in very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay at Ckoi Atacama Lodge. It was rustic and a little quirky but that was its charm. About a 10 min walk from the main streets of San Pedro, it was a nice stroll into where the restaurants and bars are. Loved the llamas looking over the pool area, the fairy lights at the main “house” and the complimentary water and coffees/teas after 5pm. All very casual and relaxing. WiFi is available at the pool area and the main building but not in the rooms.

Hotel maravilhoso! Os recepcionistas são super atenciosos e resolvem qualquer questão. Nos passeios que são antes do café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel, eles preparam um lanche para levarmos (é só avisar um dia antes). Além disso, o hotel disponibiliza uma copa onde se pode se servir de água, chá ou café à vontade. Só tenho a agradecer pela estadia perfeita, em especial para o Vicente que nos indicou um passeio de bike até a Garganta del Diablo que foi incrível. Sem contar a experiência de alimentar as lhamas! Sensacional.

The staff and service at Ckoi Lodge were excellent. In particular, Vicente at the front desk was very helpful in terms of useful information for our trips, meals and knowledge of the area. He also arranged our trips.

Traditional - the pool was great and relaxing - the bfast and food served were excellent! Staff was helpful and very friendly - we had a massage on property and it was superb - outdoor massage!

Estadia de uma semana incrível! Desfrutamos de conforto, limpeza e pessoas muito simpáticas e prestativas. A maioria dos passeios era feita muito cedo e a equipe Ckoi me surpreendeu mandando os lanches de café da manhã.
