Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Cama muito confortável. Hotel fica a 5 minutos de caminhada do Empório Andino e início da parte mais movimentada da Caracoles. A caminhada compensa a infra estrutura. Piscina, lhamas, restaurante no hotel, recepção aberta mesmo de madrugada, água disponível eatenção dos funcionários.

Personalen fantastisk, väldigt trevlig och serviceminded. Restaurangen mycket bra med bra meny. Bra frukost. Rummet enkelt men bra. Atmosfären på hotellet väldigt varm och inbjudande.

Il posto é veramente molto carino, sia gli spazi comuni che sono piacevoli (la piscina con dietro i lama) sia le stanze. La nostra stanza (la 2) era enorme con un accesso sul retro a un piccolo spazio non di passaggio. L'unico problema é che essendo difianco a un maneggio c'era sempre un forte odore di cavallo che rendeva difficile tenere le porte aperte per far girare aria.

What a great hotel full of charm and style. Excellent breakfast and dinner, great pool area. It’s not 5 stars comfort but the style and charm entirely compensate for that. Great staff.

We stayed 4 nights to enjoy 3 days of touring the Atacama and booked the large family room that had 3 beds downstairs with a double bed up on the balcony. Ideal for spreading out our bags. We had room 7, which was very close to the reception and breakfast and could get a little WIFI. It had air conditioning but we din’t need it (October). This is a lovely authentic hotel, with rooms spread around with nice areas to sit and relax. The pool was lovely and there was a jacuzzi too (best wifi is around the pool) The staff are all very friendly and quick to help, relaxed and informal. Breakfast was simple yet quality and plentiful. Overall it feels like an oasis of calm, yet just 5 minutes walk to San Pedro centre. We also used Ckausa Tours who looked after us and made our trip amazing.

Super séjour, hôtel exceptionnel, tout est fait pour passer un moment plus qu'agréable. Restaurant exceptionnel, petit déjeuner agréable. Personnel très sympa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les lamas. très tranquille et très proche de la ville à pied. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Hotel it’s located a little away from the main street but still walkable. It’s very quiet peaceful Hotel staff speak perfect English .

The hotel is well maintained very charming. They have Alpacas out by the pool which was really fun to see. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location-wise it is in a great location right at the end of Caracoles street which is the main drag in San Pedro De Atacama. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place feels very authentic. Small and comfortable cottages where you can light up some fire for the genuine experience, great breakfast where they play traditional music from Andes and a great location in the village. Llamas are super cool - great way to differentiate themselves from other accommodations! Next to the estate just 3min away, there is a river - you can cross it with the SUV (no water most of the time) and get to a fully dark place where you see the whole Milky Way! The reception is open until 1am (very useful for late flights) and all the receptionists were very helpful for all the information and help with buying tickets for the destinations around Atakama. It is ultra clean, they changed even the bed covers every day! They have variety of pillows and comfortable beds. Maybe as a suggestion, they can warm up the room before guests arrive (each room has an AC unit which heats as well). Amazing value for money.

O hotel é muito bom, porém o chuveiro tinha pouca pressão de água e as vezes oscilava a temperatura. O café da manhã tbm é serviyum pouco tarde, às 07:00 am, para quem precisa pegar o transfer para o aeroporto fica ruim.

Quarto bom e Equipe do hotel atenciosa. Fica a poucos minutos da rua Caracoles, mas o caminho é bem tranquilo.

Nice place but the hot water and the heater in the room was a bit of an inconvenience.

The property's location is a little bit off the center, but it is still walkable. It is situated in very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

Decoração muito bonita e linda área de lazer com piscina e lhamas. Um lugar bem gostoso. Mas tem pontos negativos desconfortáveis. Não tem tv no quarto. Não tem frigobar no quarto. A água do chuveiro não é bem quente (isso em dias de frio é bem ruim). Tem uma banheira para vc entrar e tomar banho como um box de chuveiro. Isso para pessoas idosas pode ser perigoso. Mas o pior de tudo é o caminho que fazemos até chegar no centrinho. Distância de uns 500m. Mas muito escuro, perigoso, becos e ruelas. Dá muito medo. Café da manhã limitado com poucas opções. Se o hotel melhorar esses pontos poderia ser um dos melhores da região.
