We had a truly wonderful experience at Concha y Toro Boutique Hotel. Although we arrived a bit early for check-in, the staff kindly let us store our luggage so we could head out and explore the city right away. Andrea, the receptionist, was especially welcoming and went above and beyond. While we filled out our paperwork, she took the time to share helpful tips about what to see in Santiago and how to get there. Her warm and attentive attitude made us feel instantly at home. She even offered us some breakfast upon arrival—an incredibly kind gesture that we truly appreciated. Our room was ready around 1 p.m., but we didn’t return until 3 p.m. since we were enjoying the city. Later that evening, her colleague Jennifer was equally impressive. She helped us plan for the next day and gave us great advice on the weather and what to expect. Like Andrea, she was kind, thoughtful, and attentive—both of them were truly stupendous hosts. In addition, the staff helped us coordinate transportation for both airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travel experience so much smoother and stress-free. Thanks to the exceptional service from Andrea and Jennifer, we would absolutely return to this hotel. The staff made all the difference in making our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable.

Nice building, excellent staff, good breakfast and wine hour in the evening. Easy walk to central Santiago, or 3 minute walk to Republica stop on Metro. Only point to note is that room had no separate work table or chair, but plenty of seats and tables in public areas. Highly recommended for touring central Santiago.

The hotel is in a very attractive looking old neighborhood. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was good with a fair number of offerings. They had a tea hour and a wine hour which were quite nice and gave me a chance to converse with other travelers. There is no elevator. I liked this hotel for its charm. There was a noisy party going on down the street so the rooms on the front of the building were not as quiet as one might like.

For the price, excellent value. Good vibe, nice common spaces, friendly, helpful staff and characterful property. Close to Museum of memory and Human Rights (about 2km, so walkable for us), which is why we stayed there. But a bit away from other popular points of interest. Was only there overnight, so can't say much about the rest of the neighbourhood, but it looked interesting.

We had a mix up with Expedia on our original booking which the hotel sorted. We were then upgraded once a room became free for free. Lovely building, good extras like breakfast and wine. Only negative is that the rooms are now looking a bit worn, especially the flooring but still a good stay

I has a lovely stay at Concha y Toro 33. The stay, for me, was only a one night/one day quick stop over in Santiago so I had limited time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful - they provided great recommendations for activities and sightseeing. When the lock on my door malfunctioned and I got locked out of my room they immediately rectified the problem! Would definitely stay again!

Gracias especiales a Tania y Chiquinquira!

Amazing and exceptional staff and very clean hotel with a free bottle of wine during my stay. Tea time with cake/cookies was at 5.30pm, wine tasting/snacks at 7pm. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not safe. You have to buzz to enter the hotel. I was a solo traveler and the tour guides told me about the sketchy neighborhood and not to venture out at night. Also, the reception area is on the basement level where the dining area is. It’s open plan with no ceilings. I was on the first floor. So any noise that comes from the reception/dining area (including whenever someone pressed the buzzer) could be heard in my room. I therefore had to buy earplugs on my second day.
