Outstanding family stay at Shangri-La Nanshan with our two kids! Despite arriving past midnight, check-in was incredibly smooth and efficient. Our 68th floor room was impeccably clean with breathtaking skyline views that amazed the whole family. The breakfast buffet was exceptional - diverse selection of international and local dishes that satisfied everyone, including picky eaters. Location is absolutely perfect - directly connected to Rail In shopping mall for easy shopping and just a 3-minute walk to Hongshuwan South Metro station for convenient city exploration. The dedicated Meituan delivery cabinet on ground floor was a fantastic amenity for ordering local food delivery. Throughout our stay, we experienced the outstanding service quality Shangri-La is renowned for. The lobby and restaurant on level 66 also offered spectacular city views. Highly recommend for families visiting Shenzhen - we’ll definitely return!

Best hotel I had in China so far. Drinking water unlimited, hair dryer very good, self-laundry room 24 hours for free, very good location from MRT, across the street... Walmart 8 minutes walk, 7-Eleven and convenience store nearby, even a local market is also available at walking distance. The staff is very helpful and fast in response. Well done. I would recommend anyone to use this hotel when visiting Shenzhen.

Stayed here for a business trip for 4 nights, and the staff are very accommodating. The front desk speaks very good English. The hotel is connected to Yitian Holiday Plaza Mall, making it very convenient to get anything you need.
