The staff was very helpful. They also have a shuttle bus to The Bund and to Disneyland (starts from 6.30). It's only about 15-20 minutes. Very recommended if you want to go to Disneyland.

Great hotel to for a Disneyland Shanghai trip . The hotel offers transfers to and from the park which is super convenient. The rooms are a good size and the onsite facilities are great . Would definitely stay at this property on the next trip to Shanghai Disneyland.

If you're going to Disneyland Shanghai, this is a great hotel option for the money. Modern and clean, it's a short 5-10 min ride to the Disney properties (park, hotel, etc).

An absolute 5-star experience! This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best choices for anyone visiting Shanghai Disneyland. They offer complimentary shuttle services to and from both the airport and Shanghai Disneyland, making transportation hassle-free.
On the hotel's recommendation, we booked their guided service for our day at Shanghai Disneyland. It turned out to be an excellent decision! My family visited the park on a Tuesday, expecting fewer visitors, but surprisingly there were over 60,000 people. Thanks to our fantastic guide, we managed to enjoy 12 attractions throughout the day. Without the guide's help, I believe we would have only managed 6 to 7 rides due to the long queues, especially since we only had standard tickets without FastPass.
The guide went above and beyond—helping us borrow a power bank, purchasing lunch on our behalf, booking shows, securing prime spots for watching the parade, and taking wonderful family photos. Truly thoughtful service and deserving of a 5-star rating!

Like my title says, great for disney goers, tons of shuttles to and from Disney every day. They have a shuttle to both Pudong and HongQiao airports but very limited. Pudong has 3 every day so if you miss one it's a long wait.
Rooms had basic needs, toiletries and evrything else you would expect. Comfy bed. The smell was musty and awful, we opened the one window but we are both sensitive to smells and my wife started feeling sick so we asked for an air purifier and got one in our room which helped a little.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, most spoke great english.
No food or restaurants around besides whats in the hotel(way overpriced) but thank God for E Le Ma(take out app).
The breakfast looked like a large amount of mid quality food. If you don't mind quality then you will love this breakfast buffet. If you want something special or really top quality save your money and go into town to eat.
If your just staying a night and heading out from Pudong, i suggest you look at other options. This hotel isn't close enough or has enough shuttles to make it convenient for you.

First, the good stuff. The staff are amazing and helpful. They have lots of shuttle buses for disney. We asked for an air purifier and they got us one asap. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works. Good water pressure in shower. Big breakfast with lots of options(way cheaper, and better, if you can get food shipped to the hotel with E Le Ma or MeiTuan though).
Second, the not good stuff. The room smelled like moldy carpet. There are no restaurants in walking distance so using mei tuan or E Le Ma is a must for food unless you plan to take a 30min taxi to crystal plaza(closest big mall). For foreigners this can be difficult without a local phone number. There are only 3 shuttle times to and from Pudong airport.
All in all, this hotel is perfect for those just going to disney and doing nothing else.

it was a good rest stop for disney, easy access and they ran a free shuttle the next day to go back to the park.
Room was clean, bed was comfy and there was free waters, a 7up and some small snacks in the fridge which was nice.
