An absolute 5-star experience! This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best choices for anyone visiting Shanghai Disneyland. They offer complimentary shuttle services to and from both the airport and Shanghai Disneyland, making transportation hassle-free.
On the hotel's recommendation, we booked their guided service for our day at Shanghai Disneyland. It turned out to be an excellent decision! My family visited the park on a Tuesday, expecting fewer visitors, but surprisingly there were over 60,000 people. Thanks to our fantastic guide, we managed to enjoy 12 attractions throughout the day. Without the guide's help, I believe we would have only managed 6 to 7 rides due to the long queues, especially since we only had standard tickets without FastPass.
The guide went above and beyond—helping us borrow a power bank, purchasing lunch on our behalf, booking shows, securing prime spots for watching the parade, and taking wonderful family photos. Truly thoughtful service and deserving of a 5-star rating!

it was a good rest stop for disney, easy access and they ran a free shuttle the next day to go back to the park.
Room was clean, bed was comfy and there was free waters, a 7up and some small snacks in the fridge which was nice.

This place is a great option to stay when visiting Disneyland! We also stayed the night before so we could check out Disney town and get merched up before the big day. They offer an easy and timely shuttle bus service to/from the park, both airports and the main train station. The room was massive, bathroom was also massive, very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and offered transportation from the airport and to disneyland. We had an issue with the airport pick up and ended up at another nearby hotel as that hotel driver said our hotel wasnt expecting to pick us up. After ten minutes the shuttle came for use. Also, we had reservations for three people however the hotel refused to give us three towels.

- Location: only good for if you are visiting Disneyland and flying in/out from PVG airport
- Services: Great - from check in to concierge to housekeeping! Didnt manage to get the name of the 2 concierge guy but they were very helpful and patient in helping me to retrieve my takeaway orders which the driver left it at the locker outside the hotel
- Condition: generally okay although some furniture and fixing looks abit older but still alright; toilet looks good
