We booked non-smoking room, but they cannot provide the requested room type on the day of check-in. This is not acceptable for a star hotel. They should not accept booking if cannot provide. Also when we have breakfast in the morning, this is first time no staff leading us the a table. They just asked for the room number and let us go in and find the table ourselves. We walk around and cannot find a suitable table and need to request staff the move the table eventally.
