Super slow checkin, I waited for almost an hour to get into my room despite I check in at 3 pm, because the staffs had not yer cleaned up the room. Hygiene condition inside was bad with hairs on sofa, toilet with urine smell, biscuit on floor. Beds are so small that I have to add a bed for an extra 230 RMB per night. They didn’t refill my towels and tissue paper eveyday. In sum, this is not the service I would have expected for a 5 star hotel.

I requested the room not at the end of corridor, but they gave me the room not as my requested!

一下車到達酒店的時候，已感受到酒店的熱情款待，雖然行李不多，但酒店行李員也立即替我們拿起行李，並稍後直接送到我們的房間，要特別嘉許姓"Li"的小哥(看不清楚他的名字)，他真的很有效率協助我們及充滿笑容。 房間很舒適及整潔，很喜歡浴室置於中央，有兩邊通道，而且與座廁分開。我們連續住三晚，每天晚上回來都看到房間打掃及整理得很好很衛生，而且又補回瓶裝水，真的很貼心的感覺。 本身預訂時沒有加配自助早餐，但其中一天早上我便自費吃了，自助早餐食物種類相當豐富，咖啡及豆漿都很好喝；想吃炒蛋/奄列，但太多人等待，而且只有一名廚師負責便放棄了；另外安排入座時，侍應帶到我們坐離開食物區域很遠的座位，但由於同行有長者，行動不太方便，後來才被安排坐得近食物區的位置，希望餐廳方面可多加留意。 酒店附近也有很多商場，大小餐廳食店，而且很近地鐵站，所以很推薦入住酒店。

Centrally located at CBD with easy access. Rooms are large, quiet clean and tidy. Good Variety of food served for breakfast and good variety of wines at lounge. Only one comment is more training should be provided to reception as it takes more than 20 minutes for Check-in

The overall impression was good. In general, the staff team is polite . One disappointment was that I was being told when check in that the price per person for breakfast was $130 if booked before having it but when I try to bring 1 more business partner guest to breakfast the last morning we stay there, the reception counter staff charged me $198 extra instead of $130 saying only for the first time that pre booking had to make 1 day earlier despite the fact that I told the restaurant staff about the extra booking before entering the restaurant. Another shortfalls were that the air conditioning in my room seemed not functioning well making us sweating all night and the TV volume was unbelievably low and hardly audible even with a two inches distance. I do hope that these were single instances . Apart from that the overall standard and location of the hotel is good. I do hope that our next stay at your hotel when I bring my management team of around 6 more persons from 16/7 to 20/7 will not let me down again and proves your hotel to be responsive to constructive comments for future loyal customers

好有文化氣息

双床房的床实在是太小了，两个人睡太难受

位置非常好，设置比较一般，充电不方便，哈哈。

No one assist to carry baggage , the bellboy only traffic control and lack of training, check in waited 10 minutes , room not ready even at 6pm , not water not hot enough , only around 36 degree C . Only advantage was good view and location.

位置和景观很不错，不过房间的灯光开关和电视让人很不适应

環境清幽，高格調及整潔的房間。 希望酒店是絕對非吸煙的，自助餐種類繁多、交通便利、有來往主要車站及機場的免費接駁巴士、員工必須有素質、態度熱誠及誠懇
