It is a clean place with friendly personnel and good customer service. But when I was watching TV in the room at night, some channels were disconnected for a short time and I had to wait for the service to return to normal. Also you can’t use a International credit card such as Visa or Mastercard to pay for the meal in the dining hall.

The hotel is located near the southern gate of the mountain site which looks abandoned, many shops are closed, the main entrance seems to have moved to the Northern gate, easier access going up the mountain. Still quite a few restaurants are operating near hotel, few are of quality. The hotel is comfortable up to the general level of quality expected.

Saya di charge 2x dari hotel.com saya sudah bayar sampai di hotel saya dimintakan bayar lagi. Saya sudah berusah menjelaskan ke hotel kalau saya sudah bayar di hotel.con tapi mereka tidak mau mengerti dan tetap kinta saya bayar. karena saya buru2 harus hiking sanqingshan terpaksa saya bayarkan dulu dan mau complain belakangan. akan tetapi tidak ada balasan sama sekali dari hotel. Tolong bantu proses double charge saya. saya sdh berusaha ke hotel.com dan ke hoel Hilton akan tetapi tidak ada balasan sama sekali. Ke hotel.com pun tidak ada kontak yang bisa saya hubungi. Help Help Help
