When you are told that your second room will take 30minutes and it takes 90mins, and then you are told that you will be brought your room key but you have to go down to the desk three times to request it, it means your stay starts with a bitter taste. Everything was fine for a hotel in this category. Little delighted. I have stayed previously but was in a Club room and the experience was much better.

The hotel is old and worn down, it needs some upgrades. The nearest metro station is Gangxia north , exit 13, it is very easy to find . The buffet breakfast is average. The sauna areas is also old and worn down .

hotel room is a bit old but conformable and clean. Staffs are friendly. Door bellman doesn't know the restaurants around the area. Day arrived was cold but air-condition didn't have heat. I asked for a portable heat but it didn't work. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

As Muslims it is very difficult when having breakfast because there is no distinction between Halal Food and Non-Halal food. We saw that same spoons and tongs were used for multiple dishes (both for halal and non halal dishes). Some of the dishes at the breakfast buffet was not labeled. Otherwise the hotel was excellent, front office staff were very nice and helpful, excellent facilities.

the bathroom door was broken. it was unbearable to open and close the door because the door was out of the track.
the bed was two twin beds putting together to make up a king size bed.
the breakfast was horrible. the only protein for noodle soup was pork liver and port blood, which made me felt nauseous!
That kind of money for such a poor hotel! makes me think twice about the name of Hilton. I have been such a royal customer to Hilton for a while, and this hotel make me feel betrayed by the name of Hilton

I requested for a room on the higher floors and away from the elevator during booking. When checked in, I got a room on the low floor and right next to the elevator, and the hotel was not even full. No point of putting in special request and previlage being a Hotels.com platinum member here.
