The location is great. You can see the bridge over Changjiang. The room is modern and clean.

The overall experience is excellent. Friendly staff, good gym and pool, spacious room... if I have to say something to be improved, first I hope they can prepare a coffee machine in regular rooms, second of you go to the pool, pls be aware you have to have a swimming hat!!

Hilton is always a very clean hotel, this one the cleanness level is quite nice too. You can see the river scene and bridges scene directly . Very comfortable and wonderful stay we had.

The night shift manager Chen, he didn't willing to give me his name and the name of his General Managet and I have to go down to the reception to look for him. And he still refused and I took a picture of him and he said he will call the police. Make the story short, I have to deal with the General Manager and Assistant Manager early in the morning

子供連れでもないのに子供用のグッズを無言で手渡されたり、部屋内での朝食の注文を忘れられて、1時間遅れで届いた内容はとにかく滅茶苦茶でした。一人分はオーダーした内容の半分しか届かず。。。
その後、マネージャーを通して朝食分はチャージされませんでしたが残念です。
