Highly recommended. Room is very spacious, clean, and complete with amenities. Staff are friendly. Breakfast has many selections. Best of all, the location is very superb, 2 minutes walking to Louhu shopping area. Will surely stay here again.

The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is awesome - a great experience, every time! Ist room provided was horrible. It had webs and smelled as though it has not been open for a while. The room smelled musty and very old. I immediately requested a change. The provided a lower floor room. I could hear street noise and commotion including car horns. The room supposed to ve non smoking but I vould still smell smoke and presence of ash tray. I dont know how I survived 2 days there. I am requesting a refund.
