Check-in process was smooth. Stay was enjoyable, as you would expect from a Fraser group of apartment-type hotels. Breakfast was just right, staff was friendly and helpful. Location-wise, still in the city skirts and travel was easy because just outside the hotel connected to a metro station, just a 5-minute walk. Check-out was swiftly done too. Thank you for the hospitality during our 5-night stay.

Very good! Spacious, near the metro station and family mart, Starbucks and the mall. Hotel staff are polite and fluent in English. We arrived at the hotel around 8am and were allowed to check in early. Complete and clean toiletries!

Very nice hotel! Staff are friendly and very polite. Even cleaning staff speak English and they helped me with my need when I asked. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, and it was spacious, clean and comfortable!!

The place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Many restaurants nearby were closed but there are still many coffee shops open which is perfect for breakfast and brunches.

Great service, very professional staff. Excellent breakfast, with varied menus. Hotel next to subway station, with on site laundry facilities and gym. We stayed 2 weeks - we will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Shanghai.
