This is the first time in this hotel and the experience was GREAT .. normally book in Jinmao building .. but staff .. make me feel like a king.. thank Anna and all the team .. you did a great job .. see you next time

I was a bit underwhelmed when I entered my room. I had booked King with river view. The interior finishes definitely need some upgrades, the bath tub had visible rust, as well as other bathroom finishings. The furniture also needs some updating. But the selling point of the Park Hyatt is the view, that did not disappoint. Amazing view to wake up to.
