Nuce rooms, very large and nice furnishings. Staff in the lobby bar struggled with simple drink requests though which was surprising. The restaurant on L91 however was excellent, world class staff and view

As always, wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt. Beautifully designed hotel with a modern, luxe sensibility. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Dining is top notch with a very good Cantonese restaurant and a morning buffet that is inventive. Workout room and pool are great. Love the artwork featured throughout.

Hotel rooms in good conditions. But all the features inside the room are not very user friendly.

This is the first time in this hotel and the experience was GREAT .. normally book in Jinmao building .. but staff .. make me feel like a king.. thank Anna and all the team .. you did a great job .. see you next time

Exceptional hotel at the vey top of one of the world’s most iconic buildings. Everything about this place was exceptional and of the highest standard including the staff. If you want absolute luxury, you wont be disappointed.

During a one-night stay at this hotel while in transit from Japan, we were treated to breathtaking nighttime views, with our room overlooking the Shanghai Pearl Tower, adding an extra layer of specialness to our stay. The overall experience was enjoyable, with smooth check-in and check-out processes, and exceptional service from the breakfast staff.

I was a bit underwhelmed when I entered my room. I had booked King with river view. The interior finishes definitely need some upgrades, the bath tub had visible rust, as well as other bathroom finishings. The furniture also needs some updating. But the selling point of the Park Hyatt is the view, that did not disappoint. Amazing view to wake up to.

My definition of luxury, this hotel strikes the perfect balance of elegance and simplicity. Rooms are tastefully decorated with all the amenities your'd come to expect from a 5 star hotel including automatic black out curtains and one touch lighting control. The views from this hotel is one of the best in town. Only downside is that it's a bit of a maze for first time visitors.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I think it is in the top ten of anything I've visited. The service was excellent, the room and view incredible and the pool was outstanding.

I loved living amongst the clouds. The room is fabulous, windows very clean and what a view. The bed was comfy, the bathroom delicious! The absolute best was the gorgeous pool on floor 85. Wow! The best views in Shanghai!

We came here after we stayed at Four Seasons Pudong a month before. I liked the hospitality shown at Four Seasons Pudong so I thought Park Hyatt will offer the same services. Check in was quick and easy but I have a few opinions about the actual rooms. Things seem to be dated and it seemed that Park Hyatt wanted to achieve a minimalist design but details had shown me that people have not been taking care of the amenities. Design language is all over the place and elements didn’t fit in with each other. Also the staff did not seem to be as attentive as other hotels’ staff members. Overall, I would say the view is fantastic, amenities are as you expect but I think the staff need to be more caring.
