Regent SHANGHAI PUDONG

From the front door to checkout , me and my parents had a beautiful experience! I stayed in a Regents Club room with a beautiful city view. Room Service was amazing, and delicious! I loved Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour with amazing selections that I still think about. Location is top tier, if you truly wanted to, you could walk to some local restaurants or even have a pleasant walk to the mall. The Three Towers are around the corner! Back to the customer service experience: from remembering my parent’s drink order to being delivered tea and looking at the pearl tower change colors at night! Emma and Nicole were very kind and super cool! Even Emma helped me with my Chinese! My room was spotless every single time! All my items were organized and the housekeeping staff were funny and kind! I enjoyed being able to order from the restaurant straight to my room. The check-in was smooth and the hotel smelled amazing! Concierge was beyond helpful and I don’t even think I ever waited long for anything. I would definitely stay here again!! Also there’s at least 5 malls in a walking distance and the aquarium was Wonderful. I loved the location of this hotel! Thank you kindly for an amazing and memorable experience! 最好的酒店

Amazing stay at Regent. Would recommend this spot. Rooms are great and lots around the area. Breakfast is nice with good options. Would happily stay again

Beautiful property with a great view. Not in the centre from a tourist perspective, but a short and easy metro ride away. Would stay again.
