The place is clean, strategic location, friendly and very helpful staff, there is a washing machine, steam iron and table iron, the food is delicious, if you want to go to another city you can leave your suitcase, no need to carry things and it is very safe, making the trip enjoyable without any burden.

Great service, good food, best location

The staff was very kind, we missed the train and the taxi went the wrong way, he tried to contact the driver and at the same time other people tried to flag down the taxi and finally we made it on time. I was in such a hurry that I didn't have time to say thank you. I hope they get my appreciation.

Very good location, walking distance to local breakfast delights. Reasonably a drive to Chengdu International Airport. Will definitely stay at Sheraton Chengdu Lido again if back to Chengdu.
