Was upgraded to a suite which was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good location near the river.
Can I suggest a signage at the glass door? A sign at eye level will be helpful...before the Maan coffeehouse as I passed by it without realizing it is the entrance.

Great views and location, but the furnishings were dated and showed wear and tear. One of the bathroom cabinets looked damaged and haphazardly fixed. A door behind a bed in one of the rooms looked taped shut. This has potential to be a great stay if the rooms were updated.

I had the executive suite in the 32 floor overlooking the river and the city.
A very clean and super place to stay at a reasonable price. Was always treated well by the staff. Stay there every time I go to Chengdu.

Good location. Hotel rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Washer/dryer are not in every room. I had booked 2 rooms and one had the washer/dryer in the room the other did not. Ended up having to use a shared laundry room in the hallway. Recommend allowing user to change the drying option to more then 10 minutes at a time on one of the dryers.
