Room was spacious and clean, considering the age of the property, the condition and maintenance of it was superb. Many thanks Kelly and Lory for their wondeful service. Much appreciated.

Lovely staff and always clean. Very central to where I wanted to be around. Close by to Chunxi Rd and also subway station. It’s good stay right next to the river.

L'hotel faceva oarte di un viaggio piu lungo in Cina e siamo stati due notti. Abbiamo prenotato pre tre e pagato Hotels.com per tre ma arrivati non vi era un terzo letto e ho divuto pagare la differenza per terzo letto e colazione, nonostante la prenotaziine era per tre persone. Colazione buona nella media degli hotel cinesi cin ottimi piatti locali. Non cercate italian breakfast naturalmente. Personale gentile e che parla un po di inglese (non scontato in Cina..anzi...). Hotel datato e non corrispondenza alle foto sul sito ne hall ne camere...cucina e lavanderia funzionale. Pulizia ok.

Everything was great, the room, the properties around the area, there is 2 convenience stores, a cafe and a restaurant just below the hotel. The room we had a washing machine which my friend used multiple times, the refreshing of the rooms are great too, although the only minor thing i would like to comment is there is no ramp around the hotel, so it was kinda inconvenient to bring up and down my luggages luckily i wasnt alone, the lobby in the first floor is a bit too hot as well. Other than those everything is still great

AC would not go below 23 and the room was humid and damp… Made sleeping hard. Would not stay here again.

The view to the river and city is great, and the unit was spacious. Staff was courteous. The compliments stop there. Freezer was leaking water to the kitchen floor when we first arrived. Room interiors were old, worn and dirty. Washer/dryer smelled when first opened. There were fleas in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. AC took forever to cool, and some thermostats did not work. Walls were dirty. Fallen apart doorframe trims were taped together with packing tape. Blanket covers appeared clean, but blankets were yellow and dirty. TV had limited channels and reception/display was poor.

Checking in was easy, staff were friendly and pleasant. check in is on the third floor. On the first floor, there are also lockers for your food delivery, such as Meituan. Room was big and spacious. Toilet was big too with good water pressure and temperature. However there were 2 things which I did not enjoy. Firstly, the aircon was not very cold even though it was set to 16 degrees celcius. Call them up and a technician came up and checked. Said the aircon was working fine and it probably did not feel cool because (then he took a look up and down of me) my body was probably heaty and because I looked overweight. The elevator air conditioning was even better than my room. So this is nonsense, and insulting. He probably felt that I was insulted and said that maybe it is due to the curtains being opened. Second, there are not many food options near by. There is a coffee shop downstairs though. The gym, looks and felt like a shared facility with the hotel and paid customers. As such, I did not use it. There are 2 train stations nearby, about 7-10 mins walk on either directions of the river. Overall, rated it 3 stars, and I don't usually rate so low. I will not be coming back to this property no matter the price.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff! Room is spacious and clean. Good location and close to metro stations. Building is a bit old though. Overall it’s good and will stay again!
