Always staying here when I’m in Shanghai catching flight leaving come Pudong. Customer service is excellent, even the room service lady. Ask for help from the lady (didn’t get her name. Think her card number says 222) she was super helpful and super cheerful. Just makes you feel welcomed and right at home.

I really enjoyed this place! Everything was great and the staff were very friendly. My only slight issue I had was in the pod there was no sound blocking (earplugs are provided) so you could hear the restaurant/cafe music quite loud each morning even using the earplugs

Checkin took too long (over 15 minutes ) because they couldn’t find my reservation for some reason?!? It was right there on a preprinted paper! Breakfast was very good but I saw a cockroach on the soy milk table. Bed was very comfortable. The blackout blind was slightly opened at the end of the wall which led in a lot of morning light and woke us up and I tried to close it but it wouldn’t close. The concierge helped us book a taxi and watched our luggage while we toured Shanghai, that was very nice. The shuttle was convenient to/from airport, just make sure you let them know you need the shuttle ahead of time. There are vending machines if you need a late night snack. There are no attractions or sightseeing place near the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

airport shuttle easy to find. the only complaint the room was smelly. we complaint and the second room was slightly better. the smell is moldy kind, perhaps from the hvac.
