The location is brilliant.. 5 minutes walk to the underground station, from which you can go to all around Shenzhen. The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely. The room is, quite, sparkling clean with comfy massive bed and all teas & coffee and high quality toiletries. It's really value for money.

Large double bedroom on 20th floor was very comfortable with writing desk in window. Very comfortable bed with high quality linen and covers, cooling pillow optional. Bath tub which was excellent to relax. Staff had limited English but were service minded and pleasant. Inexpensive and short taxi ride to high speed rail station for connection to Hong Kong.

Location was good. Easy access to MTR. Lots of local shops. However, bedbugs bit me very badly. Response for front desk was not as I expected. Sprayed insect poison and didn’t offer another room. I did get a plate of fruits as console.
