very nice hotel, very clean, breakfast buffet was very good with lot of choice, western and chinese, and very good point, at the reception and at the restaurant, ther eis some people who speak english!

3泊、朝食込み、マウンテンビューの部屋を予約。
しかし朝食が含まれていないと言われ初日は朝食をとる事が出来なかった。しかも返金は出来ないとの事。謝罪も無し。
部屋もマウンテンビューを予約したが恐らくマウンテンビューの部屋ではなかった。こちらも部屋の変更や返金も一切無し。本当にあり得ない。詐欺も同然である。
これらの点についてはHotels.comへも対応を求めたがやはり返金不可との回答。
そしてフロントは英語が全く通じない。これでは国際ブランドの一流ホテルに宿泊している意味がない。そこら辺の安い中華系のホテルの方がよっぽどましなのではないか。周辺には飲食店も無く、ホテルには売店のようなものはあるが、軽食のようなものはほとんどない。
部屋の床は満足に掃除がされておらず、前の宿泊客の髪が残っており、シャワーの床は赤カビ？のような感じで赤みがかっている。
空調は外気温28度もあるにもかかわらず温風しか出ず。
ホテルの地図情報が間違っています。タクシーも余計に乗る羽目になり無駄な時間、無駄な出費。本当になにも良いところのないホテル。二度と利用しない。
