Please read: I usually stay at this property over the years. They used to be the best when it comes to customer service and hospitality. They are now wayy too low on that. Very strict on check-in time. You have to show up there on the dot or later. And It will take you around 30mins to check in and get the room key. They will not proactively check you in and verify your documents ealier than that, and when check in time at 3pm, everyone (guest) will be showing up at the same time and they will be overwhelmed. Past 2 days, breakfast is just eggs/tomato/onion. No more ham. No sausage or bacon. Just few bread and usually just a roll looking bread. No more croisant. Price wise, they went all the way double they used to be, which is fine. I would rather stay at Mer c ure Chapinero next time if i have a choice.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly updated and very clean. The rooms we stayed in all had a mini kitchenette. A simple breakfast was provided with fresh fruits and freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The street that the hotel is located on is very dirty and felt unsafe at night. The neighborhood is fine in the day time but felt unsafe after dark. For the price point, this hotel provided a very comfortable stay.

Been staying at Grace Chapinero every now and then. Affordable, Nice decent space and very welcoming staff. I have seen this local hotel 2-3years ago and every time I come back, there is always new. Improved signage. Improved lights and grasses around the hotel. I hope they repaint the green entrance door with something better. Yellow? Or something more unique. Thanks Grace Chapinero!

This hotel was great and a hidden gem. The outside looks non-descript, even sketchy but once you get inside this place is amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I really like the quirky design touches in the hallways. If you're looking to go out clubbing or drinking in Chapinero, it's a 5 minute walk from the "neighborhood." And for the price, you absolutely can't go wrong. One note - if you get one of the larger rooms/suites, you'll probably be on the third floor and the bed is in a loft about the main part of your room where the bathroom and living area is. It wasn't an issue at all, but you have to navigate some stairs to get to the very comfortable bedroom space that awaits you!
